The writing instrument manufacturer Waldmann, was established by Adolf Waldmann in Pforzheim in 1918. Pforzheim is the German jewellery metropolis of the Black Forest, which is steeped in tradition, and here stands their production plant for solid gold and silver writing instruments.
From 1918 to this day, Waldmann still manufacture their writing instruments 100% from the same location, and are proud to carry the name „Made in Germany“. In spite of the application of modern technology, they have maintained the old traditional production in engineering, to produce their famous Waldmann writing instruments. Therefore the proportion of skilled hand production & manual labour still stands at approx. 73%
“ Timeless Elegance“ should follow after Adolf Waldmann`s writing instruments. Beginning in 1918 this 100 Year Jubilee Fountain Pen has been shaped in the same famous design. The traditional Guilloche technology was an elegant engraved lines pattern, and already in existence 100 years ago. To this day it is still timeless and very popular.
Following these years of tradition, the limited Edition cap & body have been decorated in the same wide lines pattern. All visible components are made from solid sterling silver 925 with a combined silver weight of approx. 66 g. At a total length of 145.00 mm the gross weight amounts to 82 g. The 18ct Gold medium size nib makes this unusual Jubilee writing instrument complete.
